Since 1976 BRIDGES, Inc. has been providing community-based services for individuals and families with serious emotional and mental health disorders. We cannot do this work without all of our dedicated staff, interns, and volunteers. Each program is supported by a team of professionals and students who have a genuine interest in making a difference and helping our clients achieve their recovery goals and self-sufficiency.

BRIDGES offers a variety of job opportunities throughout our programs in the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys. We typically hire licensed and unlicensed therapists, case managers, mental health workers, counselors, program directors and supervisors, peer advocates, and various administrative positions. Each position has their own list of minimum qualifications including experience, degrees, and/or clinical license.

Most positions require a valid California Driver's License with a good driving record, a Department of Justice/FBI fingerprint Clearance, First Aid/CPR certification and passing a post-job offer job-related physical exam, recent (within 72 hours) negative COVID-19 test, and TB test.
